Our beliefs can be summarized by the Apostles creed which all Christians throughout the centuries have believed and by an expanded definition of the gospel. We have included both below:

The Apostles Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended to the dead; on the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

Here is a definition of the gospel we like:

we Believe the GospEl is the Royal Announcement

that the crucified and risen Jesus, who died for our sins and rose again according to the Scriptures, was (and is) Israel's crucified Messiah and, therefore, is the true KING of the world.  Through this Good News, God calls people to salvation and forms them into his holy community, out of sheer grace, leading them to repentance. True repentance is marked by baptism and faith in Jesus Christ, made evident by living presently under his reign and rule as King - as part of his Holy People!

This life of obedience and submission to Christ and his body (the Church) bears witness to this current generation that He is in fact King, that He will come again to judge the living and the dead, and that He will fully manifest His eternal Kingdom which includes forgiveness of sins, the final abolition of death, the resurrection of the body, the life everlasting, and the restoration of all things.
